When a project is off track or a supplier is changing, the risk is not the technology. It is unclear ownership, weak reporting and a service that cannot stop. This is where senior delivery experience matters most.

How a rescue works
- Independent review. We talk to the people involved, read the contract, plan and reports, and look at the actual state of the work. The result is a short, honest account of where things stand.
- Decision. You decide, with clear options: recover, re-scope, pause or stop. Sometimes stopping is the right answer, and it is better to know early.
- Recovery. A reset plan with realistic dates, clear owners and reporting that shows real progress, then close oversight until the work is back under control.
Changing IT supplier safely
Moving from one managed service provider or supplier to another is a transition, not just a contract change. The work covers exit terms in the current contract, a full inventory of what the outgoing supplier runs, handover of accounts, passwords and documentation, a period of parallel running, and a clear cut-off date. Live service carries on throughout.
