These terms are between Innoligo Ltd (company number 15571813, registered office Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset BH16 6FA) and you, whether you're browsing this site or buying an assessment. Using the site, or paying for an assessment, means you accept them. These terms are written for business customers.

Using this website

You're welcome to browse and use this site. Please don't misuse it (for example, trying to break in or disrupt it), and please don't republish or resell our content without asking. We take care to keep the site accurate, but it's provided as is, and our articles are general information, not advice tailored to your business.

Buying an assessment

Assessments are £999 plus VAT, paid upfront by card through Stripe's secure checkout — we never see or store your card details, and you get a VAT invoice by email. After payment we contact you personally to agree access and a start date; the assessment then runs to the timescale shown on its page (currently 4 to 6 weeks). The report and recommendations we produce are yours to keep and act on.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel before work has started and you'll receive a full refund. Cancel after work has started and we'll refund the portion of the fee for work not yet carried out. Should we be unable to deliver the assessment, we'll agree a fair outcome with you, which may include a refund. To cancel, use our contact form, or email [email protected].

Liability

We don't limit our liability where the law doesn't allow it, for example for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for an assessment is limited to the fee you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit.

Complaints and governing law

If anything falls short, tell us at [email protected] and we'll put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update them occasionally; the date above shows when they last changed.
