These terms are between Innoligo Ltd (company number 15571813, registered office Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset BH16 6FA) and you, whether you're browsing this site or buying an assessment. Using the site, or paying for an assessment, means you accept them. These terms are written for business customers.

Using this website

You're welcome to browse and use this site. Please don't misuse it (for example, trying to break in or disrupt it), and please don't republish or resell our content without asking. We take care to keep the site accurate, but it's provided as is, and our articles are general information, not advice tailored to your business.

Buying an assessment

Assessments are £999 plus VAT. When you tell us which assessment you want, we agree the scope with you and send a short engagement letter and a VAT invoice by email. Payment is by bank transfer, before work starts. Once payment is received we agree access and a start date; the assessment then runs to the timescale shown on its page (currently 4 to 6 weeks). If the engagement letter we agree with you says something different from these terms, the engagement letter applies. The report and recommendations we produce are yours to keep and act on.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel before work has started and you'll receive a full refund. Cancel after work has started and we'll refund the portion of the fee for work not yet carried out. Should we be unable to deliver the assessment, we'll agree a fair outcome with you, which may include a refund. To cancel, use our contact form, or email support@innoligo.com.

Our clear-answer guarantee

If your assessment does not give you at least three specific, costed actions worth taking (savings, risk fixes or both), tell us within 14 days of your readout and we'll refund the full assessment fee. The guarantee applies when you have given us the access and information agreed at the start, within the agreed timescale. It covers the assessment fee only, once per business, and you keep the report. To claim, use our contact form or email support@innoligo.com, saying briefly why the report fell short.

Free tools and introductory calls

Our free online tools (the report finder, the security checklist and the AI policy generator) give general information only, worked out from the answers you type in. They do not look at your systems or data, and they run in your browser without sending anything to us. A result is not a diagnosis, a confirmed finding, professional, financial, licensing, legal or security advice, a quote, or a promise of any saving or outcome. Your actual position may be materially different. You should not rely on a result to make decisions; confirmed findings come only from a paid review of your own environment, such as an assessment. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, a free tool or its result. Draft documents a tool produces, such as an AI use policy, are starting points that you should review, adapt and, where appropriate, have checked by a qualified adviser. The free 20-minute introductory call carries no obligation and no charge, and anything said on it is general guidance, not advice to act on.

Liability

We don't limit our liability where the law doesn't allow it, for example for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for an assessment is limited to the fee you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit.

Complaints and governing law

If anything falls short, tell us at support@innoligo.com and we'll put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update them occasionally; the date above shows when they last changed.
