2. What this notice covers
This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website and in the course of our business, how and why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, which have their own policies.
3. The personal data we collect
- Enquiry & contact data — your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message, when you contact us via our contact form, by email, or by booking a call.
- Booking data — details you provide when you book a call through our Microsoft Bookings link.
- Assessment / tool data — if you use our online readiness check or calculators, your name, work email, company and the answers you give, so we can send your results and follow up.
- Usage & analytics data — information about how you use the site (pages viewed, device, approximate location), collected via cookies and analytics where you have consented. See our Cookie Policy.
- Client engagement data — where you become a client, the information needed to deliver and administer our services and contract.
4. How we use your data, and our lawful bases
- To respond to enquiries and provide our services — our legitimate interests in answering and serving prospective and current clients, taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing our contract with you.
- To send results you have requested — our legitimate interests in providing what you asked for.
- To follow up about an enquiry or assessment — our legitimate interests in business development; you can object at any time.
- To send marketing communications — your consent, where you have opted in (or, for existing clients, on a soft opt-in basis). Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link.
- To understand and improve the website via analytics — your consent, given through our cookie banner.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations — compliance with our legal obligations.
5. Cookies and analytics

6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate agreements, including: our website hosting provider; Microsoft (for email, Microsoft 365 and Bookings); Google (for website analytics); our form/assessment provider (for enquiry and assessment submissions); and our email and any CRM tools. Some providers may process data outside the UK, in which case we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). We may also disclose data where required by law.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and assessment data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, then delete or anonymise it. Client and financial records are kept for as long as required for the engagement and to meet legal and accounting obligations (typically up to seven years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access your data; have it corrected; have it erased; restrict or object to our processing; data portability; and, where we rely on consent, to withdraw it at any time.
