Gain-share. A one-time gain-share fee of 25% of verified annual savings applies if those verified savings exceed £20,000. For example, verified annual savings of £30,000 would mean a gain-share fee of £7,500. Below £20,000 of verified savings, there is no gain-share fee.

No connection to your tenant
You export the report yourself (Microsoft 365 admin centre: Reports, Usage, Active users, Export). Nobody needs access to your Microsoft environment.
Your file stays in your browser
The analysis runs on your computer. The file is never uploaded to Innoligo. Only the payment is handled by Stripe.
The over-specified check is a proxy
It flags E5 licences whose tracked activity is limited to core workloads. Confirm any security, compliance or analytics use before you downgrade.
Prices are indicative
The report uses UK list prices you can edit. Microsoft changes SKUs and prices often, so confirm current pricing before you act.

What do I need to use it?
A usage export from your Microsoft 365 admin centre (an admin can export the Active users report), or a small list of your users and licences typed in by hand.
Is my data uploaded to Innoligo?
No. Your file is analysed in your browser and is not sent to us. Payment is handled by Stripe.
What does it cost?

How does the gain-share work?
