A cloud migration assessment maps what you run today, what it costs, and what moving to Azure would cost and involve. It ends with a sequenced roadmap, so you can decide what to move, what to leave and when. It is a fixed price of £999 and takes 4 to 6 weeks, with read-only access.

The aim is a decision you can defend: what to move, what to leave, in what order, and what it is realistically worth.
What we look at
- Workloads: servers, applications, databases and file shares, and how they depend on each other
- Infrastructure: where things run today, how old the hardware is, and when support or contracts end
- Current cost: hardware, hosting, power, licences, support contracts and the staff time spent keeping it running
- Azure options: which workloads suit a straight move, which need changing first, and which are better left where they are
- Risk and readiness: backup, disaster recovery, security and the skills needed to run things in the cloud
Access we need
Read-only access to the systems that describe your estate, such as your virtualisation platform, server inventory and relevant invoices, plus short conversations with the people who run it. Nothing in your environment is changed.

No. The assessment gives you a costed view of moving and of staying where you are, so you can decide either way.
What does an assessment cost?
Each assessment is a fixed price of £999, agreed before we start. There is no hourly billing.
How long does an assessment take?
4 to 6 weeks. Your team's time is limited to a scoping conversation and giving us read-only access to the relevant environment.
Will you change anything in our systems?
No. Access is read-only during the assessment. We look before we touch, and any changes happen only if you later decide to act on the findings.
Do we keep the report?
Yes. The findings, cost view and roadmap are yours to use, whether you act on them with us, with another supplier or in-house.
Do you sell Microsoft licences?
We are an authorised Microsoft CSP partner. Every assessment is scoped and priced separately from any licence sale.
